Central Christian Church of Bristol, Tennessee, is seeking its next Senior Minister. After 13 years of dedicated service to Central and the Bristol community, Pastor Mark Overton has indicated he plans to retire. Our intention is that our new Senior Minister will work alongside Pastor Mark for three to six months to ensure a God-honoring succession. Once the successor has been identified, an intentional plan will be developed for the leadership authority to shift between the two senior leaders with the exiting leader’s authority becoming less, and the incoming leader’s authority becoming more.

Founded in 1903, Central Christian Church is a Restoration Movement New Testament congregation. We are located at 424 Melrose Street, in Bristol, Tennessee – just a few blocks away from our local high school and middle school. In 2023, our average attendance was just over 200 per week. We currently offer two worship services each Sunday morning (9:00am Traditional, 10:00am Sunday School, 11:00am Contemporary). On Wednesdays, we have a church-wide fellowship meal at 5:30pm followed by classes for all ages at 6:30pm. We have benefitted from excellent staff stability in recent years and hope to see our positive momentum carried forward with our next Senior Minister. WWCC is a non-denominational Restoration Movement Christian Church seeking to reach lost people in our community for Jesus while also focusing on building disciples by providing life groups, equipping classes, and events for our church members. Monticello Christian Church is seeking the next leader for our children’s ministry. You will be the primary communicator and creative champion of all things relating to reaching and teaching children and their families. QUALIFICATIONS:

PURPOSE OF POSITION:

– Ignite a desire for a genuine relationship with Christ and to equip Students for the spiritual battle they are in.
– Support the overall ministry of Port Orange Christian Church by leading Students and their families to follow Jesus.

– Encourage and equip parents to develop a Biblical worldview in their teenagers.
– Promote Scripture reading, study and memorizing, prayer, and personal Bible reading.
– To teach a Bible based curriculum and encourage a Biblical based life style among Students.

RESPONSIBLE TO:

The Student Minister is Responsible to the Elders of POCC, working directly under the supervision of the Senior Minister. The position of Student Minister is a fulltime responsibility with regular office hours Monday – Thursday as established by the Elders of POCC. Business or teaching responsibilities outside those of POCC must have the approval of the Elders of POCC. The position of Student Minister will be evaluated annually by the Senior Minister.

JOB DUTIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

– Responsibility to provide the oversight and leadership of Student Ministries that include: Teen Classes & Bible Studies, Youth Service, Special Events, Camp, etc.
– Adapt and prepare curriculum for Student Ministry.
– Invite, train and empower volunteers to provide leadership within the Student Ministry Department. Recruit, background check, train, pray for, and involve new ministry volunteers. Follow up with people that indicate interest in volunteering with the Student Ministry Department.

– Maintain a monthly volunteer schedule that is available/sent to volunteers.
– Create and effectively manage the Student Ministry Budget.
– Maintain the Student Ministries environment, rooms, cabinets, and resources.
– Communicate consistently with parents as well as provide the tools they need for spiritual leadership. Oversee communication between the church, students, and families. Provide resources for parents and families as needed.
– Communicate weekly and meet monthly with Student Ministry leaders in order to build ownership and equip them to lead other volunteers.
– Create systems and events to thank and appreciate Student Ministry Volunteers.
– Create and/or maintain a Student Ministry “brand” within POCC, including a name, theme, décor, graphics, website, etc.
– Participate in weekly staff meetings and other meetings as scheduled.
– Work with other church leaders to make sure the guest experience is welcoming.
– Participate in general pastoral duties as needed (weddings, funerals, counseling, etc.).
– Be available to preach and teach the Bible when asked.

We are seeking a full-time minister that has graduated or is working toward a degree from a Restortion movement school, college or unniversity earning a minimum Bachelor Science or Arts degree in religious studies with an emphasis on pulpit preaching and teaching as well as possessing leadership skills.  They must be an immersed believer; having expressed their faith in the Triune God: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.  Skills in communicating accurate interpretations of the Bible with high morals and a God-fearing standard in leading Eastside Christian Church and its’ Ministry Teams.

The Christian Campus Foundation (CCF) at the University of Illinois (Urbana-Champaign) is seeking a full-time Director of Campus Ministry. Strong candidates will be spiritually mature, committed to historic Christian belief and practice, effective communicators with young adults, dedicated to evangelism and discipleship in a major university context, skilled at strategic planning and organizational management, and able to interact productively with churches and individual supporters.

Preferred qualifications will include post-graduate education, theological training, and successful experience in campus ministry. Centerville Christian Church is seeking a Full-time Worship Arts Director to assist in building a culture of selfless worship both individually and corporately. This position will provide oversight and leadership to all aspects of the worship experience at CCC.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Worship Arts Director will oversee all elements of service programming including music, audio, video, lighting, creative elements, and planning under the supervision of the senior pastor and ultimately the elders.
The Worship/arts Director will:
• Lead and rehearse with teams to plan and coordinate these elements with
excellence all for the glory of God through the lifting up of Jesus and
through recognition of the cross and the resurrection.
• Participate as a worship leader and musician as required.
• Solicit creative feedback from worship team that includes input into
musical choices and provides shared stewardship of the ministry.
• Align ministry volunteers with CCC’s mission, vision, and strategy.
• Understand that central to the role of the Worship Arts Director is the
recruiting, equipping, and discipling of volunteers for service in the Body
of Christ under the umbrella of the worship ministry.
• Attend weekly staff meetings and other meetings as directed.
• Create goals, guidelines, and accountability that encourage recruiting and
volunteer development. Set and meet proper deadlines.
• Give necessary and proper training and development of volunteers
sharing in this ministry.
• Manage the Worship Arts budget (including sub-areas of oversight),
ensuring that all guidelines for expenses and purchases are properly
followed.
• Work with the Senior Pastor to plan and develop series that accomplish
the vision as well as spiritual, educational, and organizational goals of the church.
Familiarity with Mac OS, Planning Center Online, Propresenter, and/or Elexio church management software is a plus. The position will also
oversee all praise & worship ministry initiatives for other events such as Christmas and Easter programming.

REQUIREMENTS:
Applicants should have a solid and developed understanding of music and theory that is evident in not only the planning phase but in the leading of musicians in practice. Preferred applicants would have 2+ years experience as a worship director in a similar capacity (250+ in attendance) working with a multi-staff team. Though not required, a bachelors degree or higher is preferred.

CCC’s current musical setting consists of the following: We currently have two identical worship services that focus more on worship than style – so some form of blended (leaning contemporary) would be the best description. There is a high level of diverse talent with current musicians/ abilities including drummers, guitarists, keys, mandolin, etc. CCC is a kind of hybrid church in that she is in a rural setting (town of around 2,500) but with more attendees than typical rural churches – she draws from the whole county (especially the neighboring town of Richmond which has a population of 35,000+). She is an established church with a strong and positive community presence through service and compassion – especially in the local schools. She has recently hired a new student minister (2023). Her leadership is unified and hungry to see damaged lives changed by the Lordship of Jesus and the indwelling of His Spirit. The church is debt-free, has property for the purpose of future facilities, and has substantial savings set aside for future projects and kingdom endeavors in the community and abroad. Her strongest Spiritual attributes include fellowship and unity, welcoming of guests, commitment to Scripture and sound teaching and preaching, missions giving, and growing emphasis in local outreach.

Bi-vocational position for a small bible-based church, in a wonderful East Texas community.  Solid Biblical knowledge required, ideally with seminary training or other advanced Biblical study.

FCCPG is a congregation of the independent Christian Church doctrine (restoration movement) located in Punta Gorda, FL. The congregation was established in 1975 and currently has 70-90 people attending worship service each week. The church minister of 17 years died unexpectedly in December 2023 leaving a void within the church that must be filled.
FCCPG is actively seeking a dedicated, passionate, and experienced Minister to join our team and lead our congregation in spiritual growth and service. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep commitment to the ministry.
Position Summary: The Minister is to provide spiritual leadership and ministerial care to the congregation and the community by proclaiming the gospel of Jesus Christ and fostering a culture of faith, love, and service.
Specific Duties:
• Maintain a regular program of study to enable himself to plan and conduct meaningful worship services.
• Develop and deliver meaningful and spiritually enriching, biblically-based weekly sermons during worship services, as well as on special occasions and events.

• Serve as a representative of the church in civic matters.
• Serve as the leader in seeking to win the unsaved; lead the membership in soul winning training.
• Plan and promote periods of evangelistic emphasis for the unsaved and renewal for the Christian.
• Other duties as directed by the church leadership.
Qualifications:
• Be a born-again, baptized believer who loves the Lord, fulfilling the scriptural qualifications of a leader found in 1 Timothy 3 and Titus 1.
• Possess a Bachelor of Arts, or equivalent, with a focus or accreditation in ministry and possessing a proficiency in biblical theology.
• Have a heart for people of all ages and the ability to convey biblical truth to all.
• Possess the ability to manage multiple priorities, organize events and work effectively with staff and church leadership.
• Demonstrate a positive social witness by refraining from membership in secret societies and other lodges or groups which are oath bound.
