Food Services

Waters Cafeteria is located on the first floor of Lusby Center in the heart of our campus. Our food services are managed by Pioneer College Caterers and employs both local residents and students. The Cafeteria features a salad bar, pizza station, a hot food counter offering main entrees during breakfast, lunch and dinner, sub bar, rotisserie station, cereal station, dessert bar, soft serve and hand dip ice cream with a variety of beverage offerings.

KCU partners with Pioneer Catering to do their best to offer excellent food service to all students. All students who live in the dormitories on campus are charged a room and board fee that includes all housing and food for the semester. This charge includes an UNLIMITED meal plan within the Waters Cafeteria.

Students may use their KCU IDs to swipe for entry as many times throughout the day as they would like. There are a couple of meal plan options that can be added on their school bill for commuters/apartment residents. If a student is interested in a meal plan, they simply can contact our Business Office before the semester starts to have this service added.

Pioneer also offers parents and loved ones the opportunity to surprise their student with a special care package. Whether your student is homesick, having a birthday away from home, or just because… surprise them with a special care package that sends your love! You can find these options here.

Opportunity to Use My Abilities for God

“At KCU I was able to learn under the guidance of the best ministry professors and administrators. KCU gave me my first opportunity to use my abilities for God. KCU gave me an opportunity to excel athletically, artistically, and academically. But most of all, when I look back on my time at KCU, I will remember the people. I will remember the smiles, I will remember the laughs my friends and I shared. KCU is a family and one I am very proud to be in.”
