Kentucky Christian University and the KCU School of Business and Leadership are proud to welcome Julie Nee Ward to campus for the 2026 Mission Minded Leadership Conference presented by the KCU School of Business and Leadership and Business Cultivation Foundation.

Julie Nee is a performance and growth architect who helps organizations bridge heart and high performance to create lasting results. She is the Vice President of Training for Jon Gordon’s Positive Training Company, as well as the Co-Founder of Your Grow Girl.

With more than 25 years of business experience–including 19 years in sales leadership at The Hershey Company– Julie built national sales teams, launched multimillion-dollar product lines, and scaled industry channels from $40 million to over half-a-billion in under eight years. She has worked with organizations including Wells Fargo, McDonald’s, Harris Teeter, and Sysco, and as a master trainer has certified thousands of facilitators globally.

Julie helps corporations spark sustainable culture change and equips women to embrace confidence and growth through transformational programs. Featured in North Carolina’s 2024 Women to KNOW book, she’s recognized as a leader in personal and professional development.
