COLUMBUS, OHIO — Renogize Professional Coaching, co-founded by Kentucky Christian University alumni Jen and Sean Olson, has been named the 2025 Best Executive Coach Firm by Columbus CEO for the fifth consecutive year. The recognition is part of Best of Business, Columbus CEO’s longest-running annual reader poll highlighting Central Ohio’s most trusted professional service firms.

Jen Olson, a graduate of Kentucky Christian University, currently serves as a member of KCU’s Board of Trustees, bringing her leadership expertise and mission-driven perspective to the University’s governance and strategic direction.

“We are humbled to be recognized by Columbus CEO readers for a fifth straight year,” said Sean and Jen Olson, co-founders of Renogize Professional Coaching. “Having the privilege to serve and help others see the greatness that is inside of them is a sincere honor and something we take very seriously.”

Renogize Professional Coaching specializes in executive and leadership coaching for leaders ranging from mid-level managers to the C-suite. The firm has built a strong reputation for helping leaders overcome barriers to growth, strengthen emotional intelligence, navigate conflict effectively, and accelerate professional development. Renogize also offers high-impact workshops focused on leadership styles, team effectiveness, and organizational development.

Among the firm’s newest offerings is the Intentional Leader Network, a leadership development experience designed for leaders seeking to grow their organizations through purposeful, people-centered leadership. The program includes an online course and workbook, twice-monthly group coaching calls, and access to a curated community of like-minded leaders.

Renogize’s client portfolio includes nationally respected organizations such as UnitedHealth Group, the City of Westerville Ohio, and Duke University. Clients consistently cite the firm’s highly personalized coaching approach—tailored to the specific needs of each individual and organization—as a key differentiator.

Kentucky Christian University leaders praised the Olsons’ continued success as a reflection of KCU’s mission to develop Christ-centered leaders who influence their fields with excellence and integrity.

“Jen’s service on our Board of Trustees and the professional impact she and Sean are making nationally exemplify the kind of leadership we strive to cultivate at KCU,” KCU President said Terry Allcorn. “We are proud of their achievements and grateful for their continued investment in the next generation of leaders.”
