Position Description: Chapel Rock Christian Church announces a new residency and apprenticeship program!
The ministry residency is designed for individuals with a clear sense of calling who desire deeper development through immersion in ministry leadership and church systems. Residents are treated as staff members in formation and serve under the supervision of a Chapel Rock pastor
in a specific Ministry area.
This ministry residency is a year-long, paid pastoral ministry experience designed to launch you in the ministry!
What will CR Ministry Residents do?
* Lead within a focus ministry area (e.g., worship, student, children, outreach, care)
* Participate fully in staff meetings, planning, and church leadership rhythms
* Engage in one-on-one pastoral mentoring and shared learning experiences
* Grow in leadership, theological integration, and ministry preparedness.
* Practice Chapel Rock’s seven staff practices in daily staff and ministry life.
Who should apply?
