Science Fiction and Fantasy Literature

This is a literature course introducing students to the field of Science Fiction and Fantasy studies, covering classics of Sci-Fi and Fantasy Literature as well as more recent derivations of the genres. Students will gain familiarity with the norms of the genres, some of their recurrent themes, and gain an appreciation of their major, noteworthy authors. (Prerequisite ENG 102, ENG 2__+)
