Position Description:
We are looking for a Lead Minister, with 5 years experience in Lead Minister role, to work with our congregation in reaching out to our area community. We are currently working with Effective Elders (E2) to equip our elders to lead more effectively. The lead minister will also be involved in this journey. We are looking for someone to walk alongside our elders, deacons and congregation as we strive to make a positive impact in our community. Along with other typical responsibilities, the lead minister will provide vision, guidance and oversight for our staff (4 staff members). Our children’s ministry currently has an outreach impact on 25 to 35 children and our middle school ministry currently has an outreach impact on 20 to 30 on a
weekly basis. These children are from the community as well as from member families. We also have an impactful outreach ministry for the women of our church and from the community as well as other outreach opportunities to reach area families. Please submit your resume via email.
