Position Description: Full-Time Worship and Communications Pastor

Glenview Christian Church in Glasgow, KY is searching for a full-time (40+ hours a week) Worship Pastor.  The primary responsibility for this position will be to oversee the Worship ministry.  We already have a great team of volunteers in place.  Our band leads a contemporary worship experience each week.  We need a leader who will provide oversight, vision, direction, and training for this ministry.
In addition, this person will oversee our website, church management software, and other church communications.  Our church currently averages 165+ in worship and is poised for growth.  Our staff includes a Lead Pastor, Children’s Director, and Prayer and Care Pastor.
