Program Evaluation and Strategic Planning

This course explores strategic planning principles, practices, and pitfalls. Particular attention will be paid to the planning process and the role of program evaluation in organizational research and assessments. Both theoretical and pragmatic applications will be considered. You will learn to be skilled collaborators and participants in organizational decision-making. You will prepare or evaluate an organizational strategic plan or program. (Offered Every Spring) (A grade of at least “C” is required for the BBA degree.)
