Community Christian Church

Position Description:

Champion the vision, mission, values, and DNA of the Community at the campus level.

Develop, lead, and manage the campus leadership team, including staff and key volunteer leaders.

Participate in weekly all-staff meetings.

Provide overall leadership for Sunday services at the Pompano Beach/Lighthouse Point campus, including the worship experience, programming for children and students, and the general operations of the campus.

Provide oversight and direction for mid-week programs, including campus-based LifeGroups, other adult classes, and programs for children and students.

Oversee the efforts to connect campus attendees to the church’s deeper life, including Starting Point, Discovering Community, LifeGroups, and serving opportunities.

Oversee the development of volunteer teams.

Submit for approval and manage the campus budget; create annual goals for the campus.

Oversee pastoral care for the campus.

Collaborate regularly with the Tamarac campus staff teams on general Community programming, events, and overall system processes.
