Brief Job Description.
This job will entail oversight of birth through 12th grade, recognizing that a significant amount of time will be devoted to Rooted (6th-12th), but responsibilities will also include leadership of Tabor kids (1st-5th) and Wee Worship (birth-K). The youth pastor will work to empower and equip the high-capacity team of volunteers
that are already in place to do ministry; and is also encourage to expand the current ministry and develop new opportunities that propel the mission and vision of the church.
