The youth minister will design, coordinate, and lead a comprehensive student ministry program
to build young disciples for Christ. This ministry should create a nurturing environment for
spiritual growth, equip students for a lifelong relationship with Christ, and inspire them to
actively engage in the church community. Key focus areas include group building, worship,
discipleship, missions, and outreach.
This role is integral to the church’s mission of fostering a Christ-centered community. The youth
minister will model an authentic Christian life and provide mentorship to youth, families, and
volunteers.
