Position Description: One Hope Community Church is ready to welcome a
new Pastor to join our church. We are
seeking an energetic leader with a passion to reach the unchurched
with the Gospel, grow our community of believers, and make an impact
in our community! One Hope Community Church is a body of believers who
loves and welcomes all broken people. Our community is loving and
giving, loves contemporary worship music and sermons that are life
changing! We welcome you to apply to join us!   Salary is around

This new Pastor will:

Be a servant leader
Exemplify the biblical leadership qualities of an overseer found in
1 Timothy 3:1-7, 2
Timothy 3:10, 2 Timothy 2:14, Titus 1:5-9 and 1 Peter 5:1-5.
Minister to the congregation
Prepare and deliver sermons
Model and encourage praise and worship
Represent the church in the community
Develop worship services that speak to members and attendees of
diverse ages and levels of spiritual maturity.
Demonstrate a humble spirit and a down-to-earth, relatable personality.
Demonstrate a high level of integrity and possess sound moral and
ethical principle
Possess the ability to engage and relate to people of all walks of
life (including, but not limited to, members, non-members, believers
and non-believers) to win souls for Christ.

Qualifications – The Pastor of One Hope Community Church will:

Fulfill the biblical qualifications of 1 Timothy 3:1-7 and Titus 1:5-9.
Demonstrate adequate ministerial training and sound understanding of
biblical doctrine
and practice.
Have preaching experience.
Possess the ability to preach clear, engaging, God-honoring,
Gospel-centered biblical
expositions with relevant application to all age groups
Have a proven track record of committed, compassionate, and
effective pastoral oversight.
Be competent in administrative, managerial, and technological skills.
