Lead Pastor

Position Overview: The Lead Pastor will be a spiritual leader, providing guidance, support, and pastoral care to our congregation. The ideal candidate will inspire, teach, and unite our community, fostering an environment of love, faith, and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

•       Preach biblically-sound, engaging sermons that resonate with and inspire the congregation.

•       Provide pastoral care, including counseling, visitations, and support during times of need.

•       Lead and participate in church services, including Sunday worship, special events, and community outreach.

•       Collaborate with church staff, volunteers, and leadership to plan and execute church activities and programs.

•       Foster a welcoming and inclusive church environment, encouraging fellowship and spiritual growth.

•       Support and mentor church members in their personal and spiritual development.

•       Manage administrative duties, including budgeting, planning, and communication with the congregation.

Qualifications:

•       Strong personal relationship with Jesus Christ and commitment to Christian principles.

•       Ordained minister with a degree in theology or a related field.

•       Prior experience in pastoral leadership, preferably within a small to medium-sized church.

•       Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

•       Ability to connect with and relate to people of all ages and backgrounds.

•       Passion for community outreach and evangelism.
