Senior Minister

Martinez, GA. Located 6 miles west of Augusta, GA.
The Senior Minister will lead the spiritual, pastoral and administrative direction, together with the Elders and Staff of Christway Christian Church. This person’s primary responsibility is to lead through prayer, preaching, and teaching, while developing individuals to accomplish the overall mission of our church. We are seeking an individual who is well grounded in the restoration movement. Strong communication and leadership skills with a dedication to pastoring and mentoring our congregation and visitors. A man of prayer and have a personal and growing relationship with Jesus Christ. A team player with the ability to work well with our
Elders, Church Staff and volunteers. Someone who can handle internal conflicts with a biblical reinforcement with amicable resolution. Shepherding the church members and visitors thru personal visitation is key to staying connected to the people.
