The primary objective of this position is to provide leadership,
support, training, and organization to volunteers who work in: Family
Ministry areas – including Nursery through High School ministries;
Digital & Worship Ministry; Recovery ministries; and assist the Lead
Minister in Sermon planning, preaching, and assist with pastoral care
duties as needed or assigned. This position will report directly to
the Lead Minister and will coordinate with other staff in programming
to provide comprehensive communication and programming for all
