Driver Certification
Please follow the instructions below
to complete the driver certification.
Students:
To be certified to drive a KCU car.
To be certified to drive a KCU van or Mini Bus.
- Download, Complete and return the MVR form to KCU Box 2015.
- Complete the form below and a link will be sent to you KCU email with additional instructions regarding the video training portion of the certification.
- Schedule a time to complete the driving portion of the test with Maintenance by calling 606-474-3249
Faculty/Staff:
To be certified to drive a KCU van or Mini Bus
- Complete the form below and a link will be sent to you KCU email with additional instructions.
All faculty/staff are authorized to drive a KCU car if currently employed.
