Church Relations

Outreach Teams

Kentucky Christian University takes great pride in our outreach teams.  These groups are intentionally selected students who share a heart for ministry and to serve.  These students are also prepared to promote KCU whether by speaking or setting up a booth.  However, most importantly, our outreach teams are trained and equipped to come alongside ministers to enhance the Kingdom of God.

Camp Teams: Camp Teams are groups of four students who travel to different camps and retreats to serve alongside deans and ministries by participating as group leaders, speakers, teachers, organizing games, etc.

Ministry Teams: Ministry Teams are student lead teams that travel regionally throughout the year to serve churches and youth ministries  These teams can be made up of 4-7 students. These teams assist with Junior High and High School gatherings, events, retreats, as well as give presentations to various groups. Ministry Teams are also able to help out with an acoustic worship set if needed.

Opportunity to Use My Abilities for God

“At KCU I was able to learn under the guidance of the best ministry professors and administrators. KCU gave me
my first opportunity to use my abilities for God. KCU gave me an opportunity to excel athletically, artistically, and
academically. But most of all, when I look back on my time at KCU, I will remember the people. I will remember the
smiles, I will remember the laughs my friends and I shared. KCU is a family and one I am very proud to be in.”
