If you have any questions about these steps, you can contact admissions at 1-(800)-522-3181 or knights@kcu.edu.  You can also contact KCU’s Financial Aid Office at 1-(606)-474-3226.

 3. Sign your Master Promissory Note

Once you have completed entrance counseling, you will be required to digitally sign a Master Promissory Note (MPN). A master promissory note (MPN) is a legally binding contract between the borrower and the US Department of Education. When this contract is signed the borrower is agreeing to repay the loan money borrowed. Learn more about this…

4. Accept Your KCU Financial Aid Offer

Once you have completed and submitted your FAFSA, KCU’s financial aid office will send you a Financial Aid Offer, which will detail each of the federal, state, and institutional grants, loans, and scholarships that are offered to you. The Financial Aid Offer will then be used to determine your final costs.

5. Submit Housing Form

The housing form is used to help us identify a roommate that matches you well or make sure you get placed with a previously identified roommate. It also allows us the opportunity to get to know you a little better before you move in. Please download the housing form below and return it to the admissions department.

6. KCU Health Form & Immunization Records

In order to attend KCU, each student must have the health form below completed by their physician and then returned to the admissions department. In addition to the health form, we also require that you submit the most recent copy of your immunization records. You can mail, fax, email, or hand deliver these items to KCU.

 7. Schedule a New Student Registration Date

Before you move into your dorm at the start of the semester, each student must attend a New Student Registration event. These events are scheduled on various dates during the summer, prior to the beginning of each semester (during the winter for Spring semesters). You will be able to sign up online for these events several months before the actual events. Contact your enrollment counselor for additional information regarding New Student Registration.

Opportunity to Use My Abilities for God

“At KCU I was able to learn under the guidance of the best ministry professors and administrators. KCU gave me
my first opportunity to use my abilities for God. KCU gave me an opportunity to excel athletically, artistically, and
academically. But most of all, when I look back on my time at KCU, I will remember the people. I will remember the
smiles, I will remember the laughs my friends and I shared. KCU is a family and one I am very proud to be in.”
