YSN White Coat Sponsorship

Kentucky Christian University Yancey School of Nursing proudly held its first White Coat Ceremony in January 2016, honoring the BSN class of 2018 and marking their progress in the baccalaureate program.

To make the 2019 ceremony even more memorable, we would like to provide all Class of 2021 students their white coats as a gift, made possible through sponsorships from YSN alumni and friends.

By sponsoring a YSN student, you have the opportunity to pay it forward and make an impact on the next generation of health care providers. Your donation of $50 will provide a student with a white coat with your name and personal words of encouragement in the front pocket. As an option, you are also able to include your contact information, offering to serve as a mentor to the student.

Donate by January 21 to ensure all students receive their white coats in time for the ceremony.

Prepared for the World

“KCU was more than a University, it was also a home for me. Professors didn’t just worry about my grades, but
they knew about my life, provided counsel, encouraged me, and pushed me to grow. I felt that my education for
ministry was amazing and really helped prepare me for ministry. A lot of my spiritual mentors have come out of
KCU and also some lifelong friendships with fellow students. KCU might not be the biggest school, but it has one
of the biggest hearts.”

Cady Wurtz, Class of 2017 Graduate School
