Ministries is a social service agency that utilizes Christians to help adolescents and lower income families in the form of recovery group homes, outpatient programs, foster homes and a counseling center. We have been in service for over 30 years providing critical care for those most in need in the San Jose, California area. We are committed to Christ-centered quality service.

Currently, we are accepting applications for the following position:

Resident Counselor:

Live-in counselors who work directly with 13-18 year olds in the group homes, implementing our program of treatment and recovery through discipline, building relationships,supervision, actively contributing input to kids individual treatment plans, and encouraging and motivating the teens toward recovery and sobriety.

Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree (preferably in a Social Science field), experience with adolescents and residential care preferred, 21 year of age and in possession of a valid Driver's License.

Compensation:

$2218 per month, benefits include room and board, medical, dental, holidays and vacation
