Professional Experience
Jesse Barnett began his teaching career at Shelby County High School where he was an English teacher for thirteen years. He was an Assistant Athletic Director there for the final two years in his public school career. He worked with KDE in the KTIP program and helped design programs at SCHS. Jesse was also a youth minister during his time at SCHS and worked with local churches in the Shelby County area through the Fellowship of Christian Athletes.
Jesse Barnett came to teach in the teacher education department. He will begin his third year as a faculty member in the Keeran School of Education in August of 2011.
