Tom Stultz is an experienced marketing and media executive with more than 40 years professional experience. He currently is Managing Director of JMI Sports' Capital & Media Division where he assists major universities and conferences in evaluating media rights and securing private financing for new or renovated athletics facilities. Prior to joining JMI, Tom was Managing Director of IMG College. He's also been president of private and public media companies. A native of Greenup, KY, Tom earned his MBA at Georgia State University and is the self-proclaimed "best batting practice catcher in Ohio University history."

Liska leads a virtual organization of more than 90 employees and specialized contractors and has been recognized by INC 500/5000 list as the eleventh fastest growing company in Nebraska. Liska will share her experience on Virtually Leading and being Virtually Led. Liska will discuss critical success factors for leading change and holding an organizational accountable to guiding principles while operating virtually. Stephanie has a passion for growing people. Very active in her local church, her and her husband of 25 years have also been very active in college ministry.

Dean Hood
Head Football Coach
Eastern Kentucky University
“Dean Hood is a wonderful blend of several characteristics we were looking for in a head coach,” EKU Director of Athletics Mark Sandy said. “He’s a great teacher, excellent recruiter, a person of high character, and someone who has been part of the EKU football heritage.” The expectations for the Eastern Kentucky University football team always seem to be high and head coach Dean Hood has delivered Ohio Valley Conference championships twice in his five years as head coach (2011, 2008). The Eastern football program has produced eight All-Americans, one OVC Defensive Player of the Year and 24 first team all-conference performers in Hood’s five years on the EKU sidelines.
