Arts & Sciences Degree: Biology/Pre-Professional
Dr. Mitch Marshall and Dr. Stan Archer have created curricular emphases for students wishing to pursue medical, pharmacy, dental, and veterinary schools.
Kentucky Christian University announces the initiation of a Biology/Pre-professional degree program, with students being admitted beginning in August 2011.
Do Your Dreams Include a Career in Medicine, Pharmacy, Dentistry or Veterinary Medicine?
Kentucky Christian University’s Biology/Pre-professional program is for you!
The KCU Biology/Pre-professional program is designed to prepare students to gain entry to, and succeed in, highly competitive professional schools. Given the outstanding success KCU has experienced with the Bachelor of Science in Nursing program, the further extension of the curriculum into health sciences areas is a natural progression.
One of the true distinctions of a KCU degree is the relevant integration of faith and learning. To that end, the core curriculum at KCU includes a full major in Biblical studies; therefore, as with all other KCU programs, graduates of the Biology/Pre-professional Studies programs will also obtain a second major in Biblical Studies. With a KCU Biology/Pre-professional Studies undergraduate foundation, you will enter your career uniquely equipped to utilize vocation as a tool for Christian ministry. For information about the Biology/Pre-professional degree program, contact Dr. Mitch Marshall, Assoc. Vice President for Health Sciences, at 606-474-3232, or mitch@kcu.edu.
